The Garrison Youth Climate Summit will be an exploration of sustainability within a variety of careers! Our goal is for students to foster connections - with nature, with themselves, and with each other. Students will experience place-based learning & participate in presentations, citizen science, and more!

Highlights will include:

• Pre-K-12 research presentations

• Students coming together from 19 other schools!

• Birds of Prey, snakes, turtles, & other encounters

• with the Sharon Audubon animals

• Ecology workshops covering all Garrison green

• spaces (including our 185-acre school forest!)

Evening Event (open to the public):

• Student-led booths on various environmental

• civic action topics

• Local eco-vendors & food trucks

• Hands-on experiences for learners of all ages

• More surprises to come!
