In Teach for Climate Justice, accomplished educator, social emotional learning expert, and founding Executive Director of Morningside Center Tom Roderick explores how educators across the country can lead with compassion, love, and active hope to achieve a radical vision of interdisciplinary P-12 education.

At the introductory meeting, participants will hear from the author and learn about Teach for Climate Justice’s transformative vision. In the following meetings, each participant will be asked to deeply read ONE CHAPTER of their choosing. The book club will be conducted through small group and large group discussions.

The book club will be co-led by teacher Emily Stutts and Tom Roderick, with support from Elissa Teles Muñoz.
